First she built a new winery that was integrated into the rural landscape and reduce heat, insulating the perimeter with natural cork. The entire winery is powered by solar drastically reduced CO2 emissions.  40% of farmland is dedicated to the woods, to further balance the carbon footprint, and she began farming organically. In the cellar the process is very natural- only indigenous yeasts, minimal SO2, and no fining or filtration for the reds.
