Summary

Vini Noelia Ricci is the 2nd label for the Pandolfa estate in Italy’s Emilia -Romagna region. Although the estate changed hands and overcame hardships several times, it wasn’t viable until Giuseppe Ricci purchased the Pandolfa property in 1941. He began the renovations of the estate by acquiring two adjacent farms and planted the first vines of Sangiovese and Trebbiano.

Upon Ricci's death in 1980, it was his charismatic and visionary daughter Noelia who first sensed the potential of these slopes and, driven by a strong passion for its territory, began planting new vineyards and starting construction work on the new and more functional cellar. The production area is located in Predappio, along large valleys between the provinces of Ravenna and Forlì-Cesena, with altitudes between 100 and 350 meters above sea level on clay soils.

Noelia Ricci wines are sourced solely from Noelia’s slope plantings, and the vineyards have been certified organic since 2018
