NOTES

VINEYARD: Decades-old Besson planting at the base of the eastern flank of the Santa Cruz Mountains. A small amount of wine from Lilo, Enz , and Boer Vineyards, all of which are more or less up in the hills, is also included.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation averaged about 35% whole cluster, and after several days in stainless and bins, native fermentation got going. Unfiltered.
