NOTES
VINEYARD: A Castiñeira, a high-elevation (700-900 ft asl) amphitheater-shaped terraced plot comprised of clay on granite and slate, planted to treixadura and albariño in 1997.

VINIFICATION: Following the manual harvest, the grapes are fermented with indigenous yeast - 60% on its lees in 600L French Burgundian oak for 6 months, and the remaining 40% on its lees in stainless steel for 3 months.
