NOTES
VINEYARD: A small estate parcel planted in 1992 on a combination of mostly clay, but with some limestone, chalk, and sand outcroppings.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest followed by de-stemming, traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for about ten days. Finished wine remains in large, neutral barrel for 18-24 months, then an additional 12 months in bottle prior to release.
