VINEYARD: Les Pins. The estate’s 15 hectares of vineyards are located a mere 800 meters from the coast and are surrounded by hillsides in the base of a bowl that faces the sea. This topography creates air circulation that allows for perfect maturation of the grapes and helps to reduce vintage variation. 40 year old vines planted on clay/limestone soils.

VINIFICATION: Temperature controlled maceration for a few days. After fermentation the wine is aged on the lees for 4 months in old oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Charming freshness is the hallmark of this unusual red. Fruity, light and very aromatic. Pairs well with chicken dishes, rice and cumin spiced foods.
