Division-Villages Pinot Noir Méthode Carbonique Willamette Valley

VARIETAL
Pinot Noir

NOTES
VINEYARD: There are three Willamette Valley vineyards that make up “Méthode Carbonique”, including the anchor Cassin Vineyard, which Division has farmed organically for four years. Harvest was late, but dry and conditions were ideal, as were the lovely Pinot Noir grapes.

VINIFICATION: “Méthode Carbonique” is made entirely from the whole cluster carbonic maceration approach, most commonly associated with Gamay winemaking in the Beaujolais. Division finds this style works wonderfully with some of their Pinot Noir sites and makes a wine that is perfectly approachable, fun, and purely Pinot Noir.
