Notes
VINEYARD: South-southeast exposure
VINE AGE: 45 years
SOIL: Pink granite
FARMING: Sustainable practices/Integrated vinegrowing
VINIFICATION: After selective sorting of the grapes after harvest, the clusters are vatted whole through the process, which lasts about 7-8 days.
TASTING NOTES: Brilliant deep ruby color with violet tints. A very fresh, fruity nose with red fruit aromas, particularly strawberries and redcurrants. There is plenty of fruit on the palate, with underlying, smooth-textured tannins and a full, long, juicy fruit finish. An exceptionally pure wine.
