VINEYARD: Clay and limestone or siliceous-clayey soils. Vines: 5 to 25 years - Yield: 60Hl/Ha
VINIFICATION: Pneumatic pressing. After a must racking of 12 to 24 hours, the must is placed into a fermentation tank where it ferments at a temperature of 18°C. Aging on lees in stainless steel vats for four months.
