NOTES
VINEYARD: Sourced from three vineyards: Zenith Vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills (52%); Illahe Vineyards (29%), and Plagmann Vineyard in Willamette (19%)

VINIFICATION: Grapes were harvested between October 10th and 14th, then immediately pressed whole-cluster with no cold-soak period. Fermentation took place in a combination of French oak and acacia barrels (20%), and stainless-steel tanks (80%).
