Notes
VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from the vineyards in the Heideboden - a flat, gravelly, low-lying area between the village of Gols and Lake Neusiedl.

SOIL: "Seewinkelschotter" - a medium-gravelly soil

FARMING: Biodynamic

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation in used barrique, with an additional 12 month maturation on the lees (without stirring) in barriques.

TASTING NOTES: strong golden yellow with orange reflexes, unfiltered, very aromatic, field herbs, passion fruit and lychee, soft tannins on the palate, mild acidity, good length, versatile food companion.
