NOTES
VINEYARD: The Dalamari plot sits at 1300 ft asl. The vines were planted in 2004. Orientation is SE on a 5-15% grade slope. Soil type is high in iron content. The Paliokalias plot sits at 600 ft asl. The vines were planted in 1975. Orientation is E to NE on a mild slope ranging from 10-12% grade. The soil of this parcel is derived from old deposits of clay with pieces of flysch and limestones and is rich in magnesium. Age of the vines averages 35 years old.

VINIFICATION: Mix of whole-cluster and de-stemmed grapes in stainless steel. In French Ermitage 225L oak barrels for at least 12 months. The wine is aged in bottle for another 12 months at least prior to release.
