SOIL: Clay and metamorphic slates with larger rocks.

VINEYARD: : Estate vineyards in Santa Cruz, Las Ermitas, and Larouco. at 400-500m and vine age ranging from 20-80+ years old.

VINIFICATION: Following a manual harvest where grapes are selected in the vineyard, and a spontaneous native yeast fermentation, the wine is matured in stainless steel for 12 months.
