Notes
VINEYARD: Los Parrales, a high elevation vineyard (3900ft asl) comprised of sandy/clay soils. Malbec was planted in 2010 and Cabernet Sauvignon in 1950.
VINIFICATION: Manually-harvested. Fifty percent whole-cluster, native yeast fermentation. Fermented in stainless steel.
