VINEYARD: Estate. Adão Lobo vineyard. Western exposure on limestone and clay. Located 20km from the Atlantic Ocean.
VINIFICATION: Hand harvested, and completely de-stemmed. Only free-run juice is fermented with native yeasts. Aged in 50% stainless steel, 50% used French barrique for 12 months.
