NOTES
VINEYARD: Grapes from 25 year-old vines of Alfrocheiro and Bical planted in Quinta de Valdazar on granite soils, in the region of Bairrada, located 10 miles from the Atlantic coast.

VINIFICATION: Organic viticulture, Herbicide-free farming, Traditional hand picking, Use of natural yeast. The blend co-ferments for 10 days in tanks of 1000 liters, followed by a short maceration and light pressing. Ten months aging in old 300L barrels in contact with fine lees.
