VINEYARD: Typical loess-soil Veltliner grown in the Niederösterreich of Lower Austria, Austria's largest Qualitätswein-producing area.

VINIFICATION: The hand-picked grapes are transported quickly to the cellar, where grapes are subjected to strict quality control; only fully ripe, undamaged grapes are fed through the press. Grapes are gently whole cluster pressed and then fed into stainless steel tanks for temperature controlled fermentation.

TASTING NOTES: Spicy, fruity and fresh with a nice acidity. Goes well with many meat or fish dishes.
