VINEYARD: Old bush vines on granite soils
VINIFICATION: The field blend of white and red grapes are vinified together; the traditional practice for the region. Cold soak for 4 days, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank. Aged for an additional 10 months in stainless.
