NOTES

VINEYARDS: Sourced from three of Sonoma County's most prestigious growing regions; Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley & Sonoma Valley. These AVA's reflect a variety of micro-climates and soil composition, providing a diverse selection of blending components for the winemaker.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are whole-cluster pressed to tank and cold settled overnight, then racked off heavy solids to barrel. The juice was fermented to dryness by indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was long and cool, also using indigenous yeast. Aged in 100% French oak for 8 months (30% new).
