VINEYARD: Finca El Retiro - 46 acres planted on sandy soils at an elevation of 5,740 feet asl

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest. Carbonic maceration for 4 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 21 days. On the lees for 45 days.

TASTING NOTES: This fruit driven wine is bursting with white flowers and orange peel with notes of lemon zest and an underlying zip of salinity. This wine is far more balanced than most Torrontes with a solid backbone of acidity.
