VINEYARD: Estate dry farmed head-pruned vines with an average age of 30 to 50 years.

VINIFICATION: El Casetero is a wine made in the Cuevas de Arom cooperative in Campo de Borja, where the folks from Bodedgas Frontonio rent part of the winery and buy the grapes from the cooperative winegrowers themselves. Harvested by hand and vinified in cement deposits. It is aged for 4 months in oak barrels.
