NOTES
VINEYARD: Vines planted in east-west orientation to clay subsoil, stony topsoil at 2300-2600 ft asl. The grapes for this wine are non-estate (purchased), but still worked by hand and organic-practicing.

VINIFICATION: Following a strict table sort, all the grapes are de-stemmed and first fermented with native yeasts in old wood vats. Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels. MLF in barrel.
