VINEYARD: The vineyards of Ca Del Monte are planted with 20-40 year old vines of Corvina, Rodinella and Molinara grapes that are planted in poor soils that stress the vines and nurture the fruit.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are harvested in early October and left to dry until February, when the vinification process starts. The wine is aged in large French & Slavonian oak barrels for a minimum of 18-20 months.
