VINEYARD: 100+ year old vines from the Vinha da Corga vineyard.
VINIFICATION: Made using traditional treading of grapes and natural fermentation in lagares. The wine is then aged in a large, seasoned, wooden vat for 12 months. Specifically vat number 10 (Tonel 10), which would ordinarily be used for the property’s top Garrafeira wine. Bottled without fining or filtration.
