VINEYARD: Estate fruit from Alentejo.
VINIFICATION: Destemmed grapes go through low temperature pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control for 14 days. Aged for 9 months aging in French and American oak barriques.
