NOTES
VINEYARD: The grapes come from vines with different facing slopes and different soils. The vineyards are maintained in accordance with a strictly organic approach, without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and other products that might modify the normal plant cycle of the vines.
VINIFICATION: The fermentation usually lasts between 20 and 30 days and takes place in stainless steel tank. The wine is pumped over once or twice each day and remains in tank until it is bottled. Unfined/unfiltered.
