VINEYARD: Castell'in Villa has 54 hectares of vineyards spread out over 8 different sites. The grapes for this wine come from their best vineyards.Altitudes ranging from 250-300m in elevation with varying exposures.

VINIFICATION:  Natural fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tanks for 12-14 days. Aged in large Slavonian oak for 24 to 36 months.
