SOIL : The subsoil consists of tufa limestone

VINIFICATION: Completely de-stemmed and vatted for 15-20 days, depending on the year. Fermented in temperature-controlled vats.

TASTING NOTES: A beautiful, deep ruby-red color and a bouquet of red fruit (blackcurrant and raspberry). This wine is attractive and easy to drink. It is quite fruity and a bit spicy on the palate with the elegant, soft tannins that characterize it.
