Notes
VINEYARD: Grown in a 10 acre plot on a sunny plateau overlooking the Loire River

VINE AGE: 45 years

SOIL: Clay-limestone

VINIFICATION: The grapes are picked when very ripe to retain some residual sugar after fermentation (+/- 20g/liter). Pressing. Clarification. Slow, cool fermentation (18°C).
Aged in stainless-steel vats for 2-3 months.

TASTING NOTES: Golden yellow in color. The bouquet is ripe and fruity, with quince and apricot at the forefront, with a slight overtone of almond and acacia flower. Well balanced on the palate, with a soft, slightly crisp finish. Pairs well with fish and chicken dishes.
