VINEYARD: Located in the Neive production zone. The 25-60 year old vines in the Serraboella cru at 350 m above sea level.

VINIFICATION: Minimal treatments used. Harvest is done by hand. Average yield for the vines is 4000-4500kg per hectare. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days. Aged for 26 months in 70% Slavonian oak, 30% tonneaux (mostly used, up to 8 years old). Fewer than 600cs (6x750ml) produced
