VINEYARD: The Campass single vineyard in the Serraboella cru with a southeastern exposure at 350 m above sea level. Thirty-five year old vines.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation and maceration takes place over 8-12 days in steel vats at controlled temperatures with indigenous yeasts. Wine is aged for 18 months, partly in large cask and partly a combination of first, second, and third passage barrique.
