VINEYARD: Sourced from 30 year-old vines from several vineyards around Gols, all planted on limestone (Kalkstein) soils. All vineyards and the winery were converted to biodynamic production in 2006 and are certified by Respekt Biodyn.

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation is stainless steel tanks. Elevage of 6 month on the lees.
