Notes
"Pour Ma Gueule” (literally translated to “for my mouth”) is a term commonly used by French vintners and which usually refers to a stash of wine determined too good to sell to the public and reserved for the winemakers' personal consumption.
VINEYARD: Sourced from Viñedo Larqui, a single, low-yielding 4.5-acre vineyard planted between 1998-2008 on granitic soils at 330 feet altitude. Farmed lutte raisonnée.
VINIFICATION: After a 10-day cold soak, the wine was made in concrete; aged on the lees for 12 months and bottled lightly filtered.
