PRESS & RATINGS:
Bright red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of red cherry, raspberry, potpourri and earth. Then fresh, juicy and vibrant, featuring youthfully chewy tannins and lip-smacking acidity that lift and extend the red fruit and floral flavors on the long back end. This medium-bodied wine packs a tremendous amount of flavor and boasts delightful precision. A second bottle I tried showed slightly green tannins and a gritty mouthfeel, so I was left puzzled. My score takes into account this second, disappointing bottle, or the score would have been much higher.

88 Points, Wine Enthusiast: "Soft and savory, this juicy red offers mouthfuls of fleshy Marasca cherry, ripe plum and ground pepper. Round pliant tannins provide polished easygoing support while a hint of graphite adds interest. Enjoy soon." - Kerin O'Keef (6/2017)
