FARMING: Certified organic
SOIL: Clay and Limestone
VINEYARD: Seventeen hectares are dedicated to vines, and are planted on the best sites throughout the farm, with elevations of 300m and a south-southwest exposure.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are manually harvested at the beginning of September and are whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, no malolactic, and wine is left to age on its lees for about 5 months.
