SOIL: Clay and Limestone
VINEYARD: Seventeen hectares are dedicated to vines, and are planted on the best sites throughout the farm, with elevations of 300m and a south-southwest exposure.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest of the Merlot on September 12, Sangiovese on the 19th, and Cabernet Sauvignon on the 26th. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 9 days. All vinification was in stainless steel.
