VINEYARD: Seventeen hectares are dedicated to vines, and are planted on the best sites throughout the farm, with elevations of 300m and a south-southwest exposure.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest between 20-27 September. Spontaneous fermentation, no yeast addition. 23 days of maceration. Aging for 19 months: 70 percent in 25 and 40 hL wood casks with 30% in tonneaux and used barrels.
