VINEYARD: The best Sangiovese grapes on the estate are selected and hand harvested in the vineyards and again at the cellar.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvest between the 6th and 26th of September 2017. Fermentation in small 10hl open fermenters. Maceration 28 days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques December 2017. Aging in barriques and tonneaux 24 months. This wine is only made when certain years allow.
