NOTES
FARMING: Organic

SOIL: Primarily limestone, interwoven with compact layers of fresh clay and tufa.

VINEYARD: Estate vineyard planted at 230 meters above sea level on red soils.

VINIFICATION: Harvest took place late September into early October. Spontaneous fermentation on the skins with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in concrete tanks and then bottle.
