SOIL: Primarily limestone, interwoven with compact layers of fresh clay and tufa.
VINEYARD: Estate vineyard in Vines averaging 12 years of age planted at 230 meters above sea level on red soils.
VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae, and aged on the skins with indigenous yeasts for approximately 7 months before being bottled.
