NOTES
VINEYARD: Sourced from an organic vineyards in Marsala, Sicily
VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation lasting ten to fifteen days with indigenous yeast in amphorae before aging in amphorae for a further six additional months. Skin contact for the grapes as well, giving the wine a amber-yellow hue and mild tannin.
