NOTES
VINEYARD: Grapes are grown in vineyards located 500m above sea level with an east, south-east exposure.
FRAMING: Sustainable
SOIL: Medium-textured volcanic soils
VINIFICATION: After crushing and destemming, the maceration lasts about 4-5 days. After primary fermentation, de-vatting, and malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for a short time in Slavonian oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red in color, with an intense, fruity nose. Dark berry fruit, tar and a hint of violets are expressive on the palate. Rich, warm, soft and tasty, with a long, balanced finish. A great match for roast lamb.
