SOIL: Limestone and clay

VINEYARD: Grapes are grown on a 2.5 hectare plot named "Débé," that sits between 350-450m. Vines were planted in 1975

VINIFICATION: Having reached perfect ripeness, the grapes are hand-harvested and left to macerate with their skins for 7 to 10 weeks. About 7-8 pumpovers in the first few days, and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
