VINEYARD: : 1.5ha albariño vineyard in front of the winery in the Salnés Valley which is over 245 years old.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are de-stemmed and cold-soaked for 5 hours before fermentation. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by 11 month aging on the lees.
