VINEYARD: Located in the town of Jullie (within the appellation of Julienas), the vineyard is 6.25 acres at an elevation of 260m and a southern exposure.
VINIFICATION: Pressing takes place after a few hours skin contact to get a light pink color. The first fermentation occurs in stainless steel tank for the “vin de base”. Second fermentation occurs in bottle with the use of “Champenoise” yeasts and respecting the “Méthode Traditionnelle”. Aged for 12 months on wooden “pupitre” (racks) at the estate. 1000 cases produced annually.
