VINEYARD: 1.1 hectares with on a slight, south-east slope.

SOIL: Sandy schist

VINIFICATION: Grapes are manually sorted. Long pressing period, lightly decanted and very slow fermentation. Production takes 18 months in barrels.

TASTING NOTES: A light yellow color with an opulent and intense aroma. A lovely, harmonious palate full of honeysuckle sweetness, fruity quince notes and citrus fruits. Ample and generous attack on the mouth. Beautiful aromatic palette, of fresh fruits with almond nuances. Balanced, bringing together its smoothness and subtle freshness.
