VINEYARD:The 1.1 hectare vineyard is located on the lower slope of the hillside with a southern exposure.

VINE AGE: 20-25 years old

SOIL: Decomposed granite rich in mica

FARMING: Sustainable practices. No chemical fertilizers are used, natural grassing between rows - alternating with plantings of rye in the winter (to reduce erosion and improve soil structure). Vines are traditionally trained, with single Guyot cane pruning for most varietals.

TASTING NOTES: A bright yellow color with pale gold reflections. The nose is delicate and evokes a fresh yellow fruits combined with citrus. A silky entry is followed by a good development on the palate, with a full body and a nice lingering finish with a touch of freshness. Pairs well with a variety of dishes - tapas, cold meats, salads, asparagus, or mild cheeses.
