VINEYARD: A one acre plot on the lower slopes of the hillside with southern exposure on decomposed granite, rich in mica and silica, from young vines (less than 20 years old)

VINIFICATION: Aged for 6 months in neutral oak barrels to favor the expression of the inherent character of the grapes.

TASTING NOTES: A brilliant ruby color with garnet reflections. Fresh aromas of red fruits with a note of black currant.
