VINEYARD: Les Bruyères: A plot of young vine Chardonnay vines located near the Cru Fleurie with a good east to west exposure on a clay-silty soil.

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested, and immediately pressed. Fermentation with native yeast at cool temperatures. Six months aging on fine lees in stainless steel. Non-certified organic.

TASTING NOTES: A nose marked by white peach, quince and apricot notes. On the palate, the wine is clean and fresh, with some white flower notes.
