Notes
VINEYARD: "Les Bruyères". Sixty year-old vines planted at 100 meters elevation to soils of clay and limestone.
VINIFICATION: Manual pruning, plowing the soil, only use of copper and sulfur. Fermentation under native yeasts and without sulfites. Aged for 2 months in stainless steel vats. Non-certified organic.
TASTING NOTES: Poppy is a typical bistro wine in France. The nose has a nice bouquet of floral, fruity and grapey notes. On the palate, the wine is round, soft, and fruity, very easy to drink with well-balanced acidity.
